What is Classical Pilates?
Classical Pilates is a movement system that was created by Joseph Pilates more than 80 years ago. This system is comprised of over 500 exercises using both the mat, and reformer and a range of pilates equipment.
Pilates helps increase energy levels, strengthen and shape the body, improve posture, balance, breathing, self-esteem and body awareness; making it a workout for both the body and the mind. Joseph said, “In ten sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference, and in 30 you will have a whole new body.”
